I am a fourth generation Washingtonian who has over 25 years of managing all aspects of residential real estate.  I have worked for a national relocation company, sold new homes through a corporate builder and have represented buyers in the purchase of all property types including land, new construction, rehabilitated homes, condominiums and coops.  One of the first regional real estate agents to understand the importance of staging. I have helped sellers' market their property through meticulous presentation and strategic renovations to increase the home's value and ensure a rapid sale.  A subtle and effective negotiator, I have expertly navigated a contract's fine print, accurately values properties and deciphers home inspection reports with ease.  As a local resident who has made real estate her career, I have developed strong relationships with local realtors, lenders and contractors offering my clients an unmatched breadth of experience, knowledge and resources. I have also used my extensive skill set to successfully market and sell for the Nantucket Holdings development team. In 2020 I made the move to Coldwell Banker to elevate and expand my business. I now combine my years of experience and expertise with the strength of the Coldwell Banker brand!
